THE CLOUD GATE AKA/ THE BEAN CHICAGO ILLINOIS
I recently took a day trip to the Windy City, (about a 4 hr train ride from where I live) with the intent of taking some photographs in the downtown area near Union Station. I had no idea how hilly downtown Chicago is, it was harder for me to navigate in my wheelchair than I thought it would be. Thankfully a friend was along to do some drone work, and gave me a hand on the steep inclines. Getting to "The Bean" seemed to be all up hill, but well worth the trip, I took several photos in hopes of getting what i was looking for, something that showed this huge fantastic sculpture as the main subject of my photo, but also showing it in dramatic surroundings for the impact it deserves. What a wonderful piece of fine sculpture, it truly is art at its best. Thank you Anish Kapoor for your sharing your vision with us all.
