One of my favorite times of day to get out and about in the Quarter, it is so quiet and peaceful, but I know in a couple of hours it will be filled with the hustle and bustle of workers arriving, shops and restaurants opening, the tourists coming out of the hotels to start their adventures exploring sights sounds tastes and smells of the fabulous French Quarter.
