All orders before 3pm CST are placed with lab same day as purchase, others will be placed the next business day.
Please note item is usually shipped in 3 to 7 business days, but could take longer during a busy season for the lab.
Please open and review your canvas upon receipt.
Shipping damage or concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement.
If you should need a replacement please contact me and upload images of the damaged print that will expedite the process.
